You must be 16 years or older to use VTown.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and do not allow others to use your account.
You own the content you post. By posting content in VTown, you grant VTown a licence to display, distribute, and moderate that content within the app.
You are solely responsible for the content you post.
You must not post content that is:
VTown provides tools for users to report objectionable content and block abusive users.
If you see content or behaviour that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, you should use the report option in the app.
When you block a user, that user's content will be removed from your feed immediately where supported by the app.
VTown may review, hide, or remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
VTown will review reports of objectionable content within 24 hours and may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.
Your use of VTown is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to VTown at any time if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
VTown is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, accurate, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VTown is not liable for damages arising from your use of the app.
